Impregnated Activated Carbon

Honeycarb impregnated activated carbon is a high adsorption performance of activated carbon as raw material impregnated with potassium, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide and other solutions, and cremated and dried at 130℃ to 180℃. Impregnated activated carbon is widely applied to remove air, or other air flow of organic gases and steam such as hydrogen sulfur, sulfur dioxide, etc, liquid phase adsorption, and air purification. Coal based activated carbon products have a large specific surface area, appropriate pore structure, high strength, high temperature and pressure resistance, not easy to break, easy regeneration, and long service life, etc, which is widely used in air purification of chemical raw material gas, chemical synthesis gas, pharmaceutical industry gas, beverage with carbon dioxide gas, hydrogen, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, ethylene, acetylene, cracking gas, and inert gas and so on, purification, separation and refinement of exhaust from atomic facilities, removal of hydrogen sulfide gas, and the adsorption of oxidized gas in PTA unit and so on.

Classification and applications

1, General impregnated activated carbon based carbon

The particle size distribution of general impregnated carbon based carbon should be reasonable and clearly defined. The strength, moisture content, and water capacity should be meet the requirements. There are clear requirements for the antivirus time of benzene, carbon tetrachloride, and chloroethane. There should be clear requirements for the adsorption of hydrocyanic acid, phosgene, and cyanide chloride, as well as the antivirus time of chloroethane and sarin. Other impregnation agents may be included as needed, but the content of the impregnated agent should be specified.

2, Specifically impregnated activated carbon

Made for special purpose filter tank, fixed installation of poison filter equipment, and collective protection of filter tank such as nuclear industry rescue, rocket propellant protection, naval nuclear submarines, and aerospace filtration equipment.

The technical index of specific impregnated activated carbon should be required according to the purpose.
